Cancellation Policy Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched. If you have placed a wrong order, you must cancel it before dispatch. Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
Return & Refund Policy If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated. Refunds will be credited to the buyer’s original payment account within 7 working days. We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered unless there is a genuine issue with the product.
